Terms and conditions
1.	HK$100 ZUJI dollars evoucher is open to all citizens aged 18 years and above. Local laws and regulations may be applicable.
2.	This Promotion by ZUJI Hong Kong ("ZUJI") commences on 20 April 2010 12:01am Hong Kong time and ends on 14 May 2010 11:59pm Hong Kong time (the "Promotion Deadline").
3.	Each member have to enter a valid email address and cannot get more than one (1) evoucher each day during the promotion period.
4.	The e-voucher offers cannot be used in conjunction with other ZUJI promotion offers (except for the discount promotion by hotel themselves).
5.	One e-voucher can only be used in one transaction.
6.	If you decide to cancel your booking, you will be charged the relevant cancellation fee as per the booking terms and conditions.
7.	ZUJI in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the rules and terms of this promotion from time to time and without prior notice. ZUJI is not responsible for booking requests received after the promotion deadline as a consequence of telephone or internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads.
8.	Under no circumstances can any portion of the e-voucher be converted into cash whether by way of refund or otherwise. If you do not wish to use the e-voucher, ZUJI will not refund the whole or any part of its value.
9.	ZUJI reserves the right to change or suspend the offer without prior notice.
10.	ZUJI makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to e-voucher, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event an e-voucher is not functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of the non-functioning e-voucher.
11.	In case of any disputes, the decision of ZUJI shall be final.
12.	In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.

條款及細則
1.	依據本地法律, 凡18歲或以上之市民均可享用港幣$100之ZUJI電子現金券◦
2.	ZUJI香港（「ZUJI」）的推廣優惠由香港時間2010年4月20日上午12時01分開始，並於香港時間2010年5月14日下午11時59分結束（「推廣限期」）。
3.	每位會員須登記一個有效的電郵地址, 推廣期內每人每日只可登記一次◦
4.	電子現金券不可與ZUJI其他推廣優惠同時使用（酒店本身的折扣推廣除外）。
5.	每宗交易僅可使用一張電子現金券。
6.	即使您決定取消預訂，仍須支付根據預訂條款及細則應付的相關取消費用。
7.	ZUJI全權保留隨時修改本推廣的細則及條款而不作任何事先通知的權利。ZUJI毋須就因電話或互聯網服務延誤、干擾、故障或超出負荷而導致於推廣限期後收到的預訂申請負責。
8.	在任何情形下，電子現金券的任何部分均不可轉換為現金，無論是以退款或其他方式皆然。如您無意使用此電子現金券，ZUJI將不會退還其全部或任何部分價值。
9.	ZUJI全權保留隨時修改本推廣的細則及條款而不作任何事先通知的權利。
10.	ZUJI 概無就電子現金券作出任何明示或暗示的保證，包括惟不限於任何明示或暗示是否適合購買或是否適合作特定用途的保證。如您的電子現金券無法使用，我們的唯一責任是更換該無法使用的電子現金券，作為唯一的補償。
11.	如有任何爭議，概以ZUJI的最終決定為準。
12.	本條款及細則的中英文本如有歧義，概以英文本為準。
